"2T Car Wash" Project
We are currently in negotiations to acquire our first car wash location as an investment property. We have always wanted to be in this space. Car washes have the ability to generate significant revenue if operated correctly and strategically located in good areas.

We recently purchased 12 acres as a long-term development project for the company located in the Northwest Ga area. We are always looking for a great deal on our piece of the pie. Currently we are unsure of how we will utilize this area but good investments tend to payoff in the years to come.
"New Beverage Formulation" Project
We have begun creating our brand new beverage drink for the company. Our previous beverage products have proven to be very lucrative for us over the years. It was time for us to create something totally new and stay on trend with the industry. We have this drink scheduled for release in the Fall of 2025.
